We are so excited to help you with your upcoming service. In an effort to enable our crew to perform your service as safely and effectively as possible, please take a few moments to review this helpful guide in advance of our visit.

Before our visit

Ensure water spigots are accessible & working
Clear personal items from the work area (i.e. doormats, potted plants, furniture, wreaths, door signs, decoration, etc.)
Park vehicles away from the work area
Remove window screens (House Wash service only; optional, but this allows dirt and debris to be most effectively cleaned from between the screen and window)

During our visit

Avoid discretionary water usage (i.e. washing machine, dishwasher, shower, etc.) to maximize the performance of our equipment and enable us to deliver optimal house wash results
Keep windows and doors closed, as well as closing blinds, curtains, etc.
Keep all pets, residents, and visitors outside work area

After our visit

Pets & people should remain out of any standing puddles for at least 24-hours following service
